ECM has a fully complete tool room that utilizes full CNC machining, wire cutting and assembly facilities to ensure high quality tooling that will deliver high volume production in our Stamping plant.
Stamping Plant Facilities
ECM has a total of 30 presses in the Press Shop
Presses range from 32 Ton presses used for part assembly to 250T, 300T, 400T, 500T, 600T, 800T and1000T
ECM is constantly in the process of monitoring and adding equipment in accordance with it’s workload in order to generate future capacity
Final Assembly and Welding Facilities
ECM has facility for fully robotic welding, spot welding and various final assembly methods including press assembly tooling
Welds are validated using microscopic analyses and leak testing methods
Wash Line Facilities
All components pressed at ECM are processed through a dedicated wash line in order to ensure that all parts supplied to our customers are free of any residue or oil
ECM are also investigating a mobile washing solution that could be brought to the press
